We had a great stay at this hotel located on the edge of a forest. The spacious and clean rooms with large beds and huge bathrooms were very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, made our stay even more pleasant. We particularly liked the fresh, delicious meals they served, with a good choice for breakfast. The location was very quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Spent my Xmas at a rural hotel! Enjoyed the quietness and the homemade breakfast jams. the friendly staff gave us several tips for hiking trails in the area which were really helpful. the hotel is surrounded by mountains and forests which offered us plenty of snowshoeing trails. Super cool location!
The room decor looked worn out and was in desperate need for remodeling. the bed sounded like a horror movie every time one moved which made it impossible to have a good night's sleep.

Some guests noted that the furniture showed wear and tear, but the rooms were still spacious and clean.

What a fantastic way to start the new year! The cozy atmosphere, the delicious homemade cookies on the bed, and the warm welcome from the owner and her staff made our stay absolutely unforgettable. Apart from the stunning rural location, we enjoyed two extra perks: the payment flexibility and the great service. Not having to pay until the morning, and the excellent food and attention we received, made our stay even more remarkable.
There were a few minor details that could be improved, though. We didn't have shampoo in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi was unstable.
